Young Property Personality of the Year 2007

William Lloyd-Davies, a surveyor at Cooke & Arkwright’s Cardiff offices, was named Young Property Personality of the Year 2007 at the Variety Club in Wales People in Property Awards, held at City Hall in Cardiff on February 8th 2007.

Mr Lloyd-Davies played a key role in providing development consultancy advice to Caerphilly County Council and the Welsh Assembly government on the 2.4 hectare regeneration scheme at Bargoed town centre. The judges described his contribution to the concept and progression of the scheme as ‘impressive’. He has also advised clients including Greggs and the Principality Building Society on a number of retail deals throughout south Wales.

The event raised £35,000 pounds for the children’s charity and was attended by 440 people.
