Roger Thomas, Chairman of the firm said, “To achieve this accolade in such a difficult property market is a tremendous achievement and reflects a team effort from all members of the firm.  Although every transaction is equally important to us, a few stand out as very satisfying and no doubt helped us maintain our long standing reputation.

“Jeremy Symons’ Industrial agency department let the 140,000 sq ft Sterilin unit at Penyfan.  The Retail agency department, led by Huw Thomas secured 11 new acquisitions on behalf of established client, Greggs and disposed of 10 former Woolworth stores on behalf of various landlords to tenants including Iceland, Poundland, Original Factory Shop, B&M and Life&Style.

“Ben Bolton, who with me heads the Office agency department, was very pleased to be associated with the continued success of Aviva Investors’ 3 Assembly Square development in Cardiff Bay.  It was also particularly satisfying to advise Principality Building Society on its conversion of Principality Buildings, Queen Street to a new 96 bedroom Travelodge Hotel.”
