Textron, Duffryn Industrial Estate, Ystrad Mynach

Cooke & Arkwright has acquired the 148,000 sq. ft, Textron CVS Ltd manufacturing premises on Duffryn Industrial Estate, Ystrad Mynach.

The property was let on a 10 year lease from 1998 generating an income of £235,000 per annum and has been acquired a figure of £2.5m.

Graham Davies quotes: “This is an interesting acquisition, providing well secured income at an attractive yield: the capital value per sq ft is in our opinion conservative. A forthcoming rent review of the property offers the prospect to further improve the yield.
