On behalf of Axa Real Estate Investment Managers, Cooke & Arkwright has been instructed in conjunction with Nash Bond, as joint letting agent at the St Elli Shopping Centre, Llanelli.

This is a covered shopping centre attracting 135,000 weekly visitors, is anchored by a 70,000 sq ft Asda food store, with other national retailers including Peacocks, Argos, Sportsdirect.com, Greggs, Principality Building Society, Wilkinsons, New Look and Phones4U.  The scheme provides in excess of 150,000 sq ft of retail accommodation.
