Décor Frame consolidates to Bridgend

Acting on behalf of Décor Frame, Cooke & Arkwright has let 27,700 sq ft at Baglan Industrial Estate, Port Talbot, to Formex Archive Services (UK) Ltd. Bridgend Rugby Club Chief Executive, Leighton Samuel, who owns Décor Frame, has consolidated the manufacturing company to a 129,000 sq ft unit at Waterton Industrial Estate in Bridgend, which he acquired for more than £3m.

As part of its consolidation, Décor Frame has also sold 27,600 sq ft at its former premises in Bridgend Industrial Estate to Almesco Ltd of Pontyclun.

Mr Samuel said, “Our new premises will secure the future development of our business and the surplus 9 acres will enable the company to expand further into new product areas.

Formex, a document storage company, is already planning its second outlet in Wales.
