Auction at Cardiff City Stadium

Cooke & Arkwright is to auction 26 Welsh Assembly Government lots at Cardiff City Stadium on 23rd September 2010.  The auction will take place in the Premier Suite and will commence at 3.30 pm.

Lots include industrial estates and land in North and South Wales, and a variety of sites and plots of land from one acre up to 20 acres across Mid and West Wales.  One plot in Mid Wales comprises a peat bog, land which is interesting for the study of its flora and fauna and its conservation value generally.

In addition to the Welsh Assembly Government portfolio, there will be a variety of approximately 26 additional lots from the South Wales area. 

The auction is open to further lots and prospective vendors to invited to enter their land or property into the auction.

The auctioneer will be Rod Perons and full details and a brochure will be available in due course.
