Simon Lloyd

Associate

Simon has been with Cooke & Arkwright since 1998. He is a Professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors as well as being a fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers. He is responsible for assisting in professional and agency work in the Rural Department. He has been involved with all aspects of professional work including: valuations, general estate management and selling of various properties including agricultural land, building plots and residential dwellings.

Simon was educated at Cowbridge School and graduated from the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester. He is a former Chairman of the RICS matrics (formerly the Junior Organisation) in South Wales.
