Roger Thomas

Chairman

Roger has been with Cooke & Arkwright since 1972 and became Chairman in 2001. He is responsible for office and investment agency and has been involved in the majority of the major office transactions in South Wales over the last 30 years. These include the Award winning NCM building in Cardiff Bay, the site for the new National Assembly for Wales headquarters and No 1 Kingsway. He advises occupiers and landlords alike. On investment agency, he was the lead co-ordinator of the firm’s advice to Helical Bar Plc on its acquisition of the £30m BP Pension Trust South Wales portfolio.

Roger is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a committee member of the British Council of Offices (West of England and Wales Chapter) and a committee member of the Office Agents Society (Western Region).
