Nicholas Golunski

Associate Director

Nick Golunski joined the Investment Department of Cooke & Arkwright in September 2002. He is involved in both disposals and acquisitions on behalf of retained Trust clients, property companies and institutions. The department carries out work within the historical South Wales area and beyond.

Prior to joining Cooke & Arkwright, he worked for Knight Frank in London in the landlord and tenant team, and the corporate finance department. He studied Land Management at Reading University where he achieved a 2.1 Hons degree. He is a member of Southerndown Golf club and plays regularly. He was born in 1979 and was educated at St Johns in Porthcawl and Brynteg in Bridgend.
