Jeremy Symons

Director

Jeremy was educated at the University of Reading and has been with Cooke & Arkwright since 1983. Initially involved with the Industrial Agency Department, handling lettings and sales, he is now a Director in the Professional Services Department handling valuations and rent reviews.

He has a specific role in dealing with security valuations, liaising directly with the major banks and building societies. He has responsibility for landlord and tenant matters and has also been involved in a number of major asset valuations undertaken by the firm.

He has handled numerous rent review negotiations over the past 10 years, acting for both landlords and tenants. This has involved written submissions to Arbitrators and Independent Experts and appearances in Court as an Expert Witness. He has responsibility for a number of major corporate clients, including Pendragon Furniture, Commercial Union and the Post Office, providing property expertise where required.
