Huw joined Cooke & Arkwright in September 2006.  He currently works in the Professional Department where he is involved in Property Valuation and Landlord & Tenant work.

He has been involved in major asset valuations carried out by the firm, including Cardiff Council and Trinity House Lighthouse portfolios. He has also been involved in undertaking secured lending valuations, including development appraisals of various residential development sites throughout South Wales. Huw is regularly involved in development consultancy work and development studies; he works closely with Michael Lawley on such work and is experienced in Circle and KEL development appraisal packages.

Prior to joining Cooke & Arkwright, Huw worked as a Radio Base Station Surveyor dealing with Landlord and Tenant matters for Vodafone Limited in their headquarters in Newbury. He graduated from the University of Glamorgan with a first class honours degree in Property Management and Valuation and became a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in April 2006.

Outside of the office Huw is a member of Bargoed Golf Club where he is the club champion and plays off a handicap of 2. He also a season ticket holder with the Cardiff Blues.
