Andrew has been with Cooke & Arkwright since 1988 and is the Director with responsibility for commercial rating and compulsory purchase valuations. He has represented many of Wales’ principal commercial property occupiers, together with plc’s throughout Wales, England and Scotland in a rating capacity. Representation includes frequent appearances at Valuation Tribunal and the conduct of appeals to the Lands Tribunal.

Over the past 10 years he has been one of the lead surveyors advising Cardiff Bay Development Corporation on compulsory purchase acquisitions, including the conduct of referrals to the Lands Tribunal. He is a spokesman for the RICS Rating Group and has chaired British Retail Consortium Rating committees.
